Approach
To identify the focus and alignment of your leadership team, each team member first completes a quantitative survey across the five practices and then participates in a structured one to two hour interview. We’ve designed the Scorecard to be very efficient thereby minimizing your team’s time, yet maximizing the results. Each team member will contribute from two to three hours over two to three weeks elapsed time to complete the evaluation and receive the results.
