Michael Salach
Michael Salach is an experienced senior level executive with a unique blend of entrepreneurial, business development, operational and human resource skills. During his career Michael has worked for large multi-national corporations in marketing, sales, strategic planning, new product introduction, quality and human resources. Michael’s corporate career included such companies as Daimler-Benz, Schneider Electric, Agfa, the US Treasury Department and Hexel Corporation. He has specific industry experience with automation, electronics, robotics, engineering service, as well as, franchising.
Prior to joining Growth Strategy Partners, as founder and president of BT and MJ Enterprise, Inc., Michael built a successful management consulting and coaching business targeting privately held, as well as, small and mid-size companies. Offerings included executive leadership coaching, sales training and sales coaching, process improvements with the primary objective of increasing the overall sales and profitability of the targeted businesses. In addition, Michael provided coaching to individuals interested in purchasing new or existing franchises or converting existing businesses to franchises.
Michael is adept at assisting other executives to formulate business strategies, align company resources and organizational objectives to increase organizational productivity, achieving both financial stability and overall performance goals of the business. In particular, Michael, enjoys working with independent business owners and executives in high growth, turn around or start-up situations leading them through change generated by mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring.
During Michael’s business career he has acquired a wide variety of skills and knowledge in mergers & acquisitions, sales management and coaching, career and leadership management, organizational change & development and franchising. He has also coached many business leaders and individuals to achieve success.
Michael holds a BS in Finance from Gannon University and an MBA from American International. Michael and his wife Maureen have been married for thirty two years, have two children, Michael and Brendan, live in North Andover, MA and enjoy travel and golf.
